If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of your Med-Challenger product, simply contact us within seven (7) days of your purchase for a full refund.
There are exceptions to our seven (7) day refund policy - please read our entire refund policy so there are no misunderstandings.

What Med-Challenger Products are Ineligible for a Refund?
- Purchases on which CME has been claimed are not eligible for a refund.
- Lifetime Subscriptions are not eligible for a refund.
- Purchases made by a customer who previously received a product refund are not eligible for a refund. Only one product refund per Challenger customer is available.
- We really, really hate to have to include this but...we reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who we believe are attempting to abuse our return policy.
