What is Med-Challenger's Refund Policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of your Med-Challenger product, simply contact us within seven (7) days of your purchase for a full refund. 

There are exceptions to our seven (7) day refund policy - please read our entire refund policy so there are no misunderstandings.

Why Should I Try Med-Challenger Before Buying Med-Challenger?
If you are considering a Med-Challenger purchase, we highly encourage you to sign up for a 3 day free trial to determine if the product will be a good fit for your needs and your preferred way of studying. No credit card is required for a trial.

What Med-Challenger Products are Ineligible for a Refund?

  1. Purchases on which CME has been claimed are not eligible for a refund. 
  2. Lifetime Subscriptions are not eligible for a refund.
  3. Purchases made by a customer who previously received a product refund are not eligible for a refund. Only one product refund per Challenger customer is available.
  4. We really, really hate to have to include this but...we reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who we believe are attempting to abuse our return policy.
