While your username cannot be changed, it's easy to change your password.
NOTE: If you do not have your password, or have lost it, please see our article on How to Retrieve your Password. (Hint: There's a "forgot password" link on the login screen.)
If you know your current password...
Begin by logging into your Med-Challenger account.
Once logged in, you can access your user profile information by clicking the Profile icon located in the UPPER RIGHT CORNER of your screen.
Click your name. This will open your Profile.
Enter the new password you wish to use.
Please note that the passwords must contain:
- at least 8 characters
- at least 1 number (numeral)
- at least 1 uppercase letter
Confirm & Update
Confirm the password and click Update Password.
