      Change or Reset Your Med-Challenger Password

      Update your password for better security or account recovery.

      If you know your username and password and wish to change your password, follow the quick steps below.

      Click here if you know your Med-Challenger username but have forgotten your password. Please contact us if you need help finding your Med-Challenger username.

      Accessing Your Med-Challenger Account Profile
      1. Login to your Med-Challenger Account.
      2. Access your user profile information by clicking the Profile icon located in the UPPER RIGHT CORNER of your screen.
      3. Choose Account in the dropdown menu.

      Resetting Your Med-Challenger Password

      If you working on a desktop computer, choose Security in the left side menu.

      If you are working on a mobile device, select the three bars next to Account and choose Security at the bottom of the menu.

       Enter the new password you wish to use in the New Password Field.

      Passwords are case sensitive and must contain:

      • at least 8 characters
      • at least 1 number (numeral)
      • at least 1 uppercase letter
      Re-enter your new password in the Confirm New Password Field.
      Click the Change Password button and you'll be all set!
      If you can’t log in to change your password, use the Forgot Password page instead.

      FAQ

      Q: Why can’t I change my password while logged out?
      A: You must be signed in to change your existing password. If you can’t log in, use the Forgot Password page.

      Q: What are the password requirements?
      A: At least 8 characters, including 1 number and 1 uppercase letter.

      Q: Can I change my password on mobile?
      A: Yes. From the mobile menu (three bars), go to Account > Security and update your password.

      Q: Is my email address my username?
      A: In most cases it is. If you've been a Med-Challenger customer since before 2010, your username may not be your email address. If you've had multiple email addresses, your username will likely be the one you opted to use when first registering your Med-Challenger account.

      Q: Can I change my username?
      A: No - usernames cannot be changed. However we can assist with changing the email associated with your account.
