Tips for Success: If you’re not sure of your username, visit the Forgot Username page before resetting your password. If you have several email accounts, try the most recent one provided to Challenger as your username (usually your email address). Please check your junk mail folders for the password reset email. |
When resetting your password, keep in mind that passwords are case sensitive and must contain:
- at least 8 characters
- at least 1 number (numeral)
- at least 1 uppercase letter

Q: Why can’t I change my password?
A: You must be logged in to your Med-Challenger account to change your password.
Q: What are the password requirements?
A: At least 8 characters, including 1 number and 1 uppercase letter. Passwords are case sensitive.
Q: Can I reuse an old password?
A: No. For security, your new password should be different from your previous one.
Q: How long is the reset link valid?
A: Reset links expire after 24 hours. Request a new one if needed.
Q: Is my email address my username?
A: In most cases it is. If you've been a Med-Challenger customer since before 2010, your username may not be your email address. If you've had multiple email addresses, your username will likely be the one you opted to use when first registering your Med-Challenger account.
Q: Can I change my username?
A: No - usernames cannot be changed. However we can assist with changing the email associated with your account.
