Typically your Med-Challenger username will be the email address you used during initial account creation. If that doesn't work, try the quick steps below.
If you can locate the confirmation email you received when you first set up your Med-Challenger account, it will contain your username.
If you are part of a group or institution, the Challenger administrator at your organization may be able to assist you.
There are cases where your username may be something other than your current email address. Some possibilities are:
- Your account was set up with a previous email address.
- You account was set up by your group or institution.
- You are a long, long time user of Med-Challenger (pre-2010).
