When you buy any Med-Challenger Comprehensive board review course, should you fail the associated board examination within one year of your purchase and meet the qualifications below, we will: either A) refund the amount you spent on the Med-Challenger board review course in the past 12 months OR B) allow complimentary access to the Med-Challenger board review course for one year.

 What are the Qualifications for Med-Challenger's Boards Pass Guarantee?

• Within the year preceding your exam, you must have A) completed the Board Exam Simulator with a score of 80% or better no less than ten times (x10) OR B) completed at least 75% of the CME Assessments in your course with a score of 80% or better.
• You must submit a copy of your official Boards failure notification along with your refund request.
• Your request for refund due to failure of the Boards exam must be submitted to us within 30 days of the issue date of the notice of failure.
