Can I Get A Refund?

At Med-Challenger, we stand behind the excellence of our products. Over 20,000 satisfied customers, more than 4,500 hours of accredited CME coursework, and over two decades in business are testaments to our reputation.

If you purchase a Med-Challenger product, are not 100% satisfied, and meet the eligibility requirements, simply contact us within seven (7) days of your purchase for a full refund. There are exceptions to our seven (7) day refund policy - please read our entire refund policy so there are no misunderstandings.

If you are considering a Med-Challenger product, we encourage you to sign up for a 3 day free trial of the full product  to determine if the product will suit your needs and fit well with your individual computing environment.

The following products are ineligible for refund:

  1. Purchases on which CME has been claimed are not eligible for a refund. 
  2. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for a refund. 
  3. Lifetime Subscriptions (CLS) are not eligible for a refund. 
  4. Purchases of PRO Bundles are not eligible for a refund. 
  5. Purchases that are made by a customer who has previously received a product refund are not eligible for a refund. Only one product refund per Challenger customer is available.
  6. Purchases made by buyers in locations outside of the United States are not eligible for a refund.
  7. Purchases made by independent resellers or distributors or any other company other than directly through the Challenger Corporation are not eligible for a refund.
  8. Purchases which include an incentive, such as a tablet, gift card, or journal subscription are not eligible for a refund.

If you meet our eligibility requirements, including those under our Boards-Pass-Guarantee, simply call Challenger at 800-686-0822 (option 2) Monday – Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM CST. Someone will work with you to get the request submitted on your behalf. You may also submit our support form.

Refunds are typically issued within seven to ten business days and are issued in the manner in which we received payment. So, if payment was made via a credit card, the refund will be issued to that same card; if payment was made by check, after our bank’s recommended clearing period, the refund will be issued to same payee. Med-Challenger reserves the right to request additional information or documentation.

Note: Where non-Challenger (third-party) products are featured in offers, Challenger is not responsible for the performance or warranties of third party products. Due to the unique nature of these offerings and any dependence on third-party hardware and software, all sales are final.

We really, really hate to have to include this but...we reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who we believe are attempting to abuse our return policy.
